Goodyear and Yokohama Raise Pricing on OTR Tires

It’s time, once again, for the latest round of price increases: Drumroll, please!

Starting September 1st, pricing for Goodyear OTR will increase by 7%, and pricing on light and medium truck tires will increase by 10%.

Yokohama will have a more modest increase on OTR, which will come in at around 4%. Their  medium and light truck tire lines will see a rise of 6% overall. They are also looking seriously at inline price increases, which should be announced later.

Keep checking in, as I’m sure we will see announcements by Bridgestone, Michelin, and Titan in the very near future.

Es tiempo, una vez más, por la última ronda de incremento de precios: Redoble de tambores, por favor!
Empezando el primero de Septiembre, el precio de neumáticos OTR Goodyear incrementará en 7%, y el precio de llantas para camiones medianos y pequeños incrementará en 10%.
Yokohama tendrá un modesto incremento en llantas OTR de alrededor de 4%. Y los neumáticos para camiones medianos y ligeros subirán de precio en 6%, también están planeando seriamente incrementar el precio de productos en línea, lo cual será anunciado más tarde.
Manténganse pendientes, que estoy seguro que veremos anuncios similares de Bridgestone, Michelin, y Titan en un futuro muy cercano.

Ну вот и снова настало время для очередного раунда повышения цен. (Звучит барабанная дробь.)

Итак, начиная с 1 сентября цены на крупногабаритные шины Goodyear поднимутся на 7%, а на шины для легких и средних грузовиков – на 10%.

У компании Yokohama ожидается более скромное повышение цен на крупногабаритные шины – оно составит около 4%. Что касается линеек шин для средних и легких грузовиков, то цены увеличатся в целом на 6%. Компания также серьезно рассматривает возможность увеличить цены внутри линейки, о чем должно быть объявлено позже.
